Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 14 months old baby. You can give almost everything to eat that you prepare for your family members. Give him soft roti with curried veggies.
Also give rice and daliya with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in it.
You can give non veg if you are non vegetarian. But begin with boiled and egg. Avoid yolk.
