my son is 14 month old and he gets rashes on his back and stomach whenever I use moisturizer...I have tried aveeno Himalaya etc brands but nothing worked

first , don't change baby skin care products frequently.
if it happens only after using particular product ,you should stop using it .
and please prefer baby friendly skin care products like Babyhug brand skin care products for your child.
but do the patch test first and make sure your child skin feel comfortable with it or not.
