My son is 13months old now. He is pooping 5-6 times in a day. And has developed rashes. Kindly suggest what can be the reason for this and remedy for the same.

A. hello 5 to 6 times is ok if the consistency is normal and otherwise it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the baby is small
