my son is 13 months old from 3 days my baby having loose motions and fever. frequency of motions on 1st day is 8 to 9 times watery consistency on 2nd day it was 4 to 5 times slightly thick consistency than before now it's 4th day medications are going on motions frequency also decreased but still consistency is watery and fever is coming again and again just gone after medicine I am really worried what is this ??
