Q.

My son is 13 months old from 10 days onwards he is not showing interest on food, iam feeding breastmilk iam trying to feed food but he is splitting but he is very active. When i feel that my baby is suffering from cold which syrup /drops should i use and dosage

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor agtnd get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...

A. it may be teetjinf pain. Teething is a difficult process and during teeth eruption there is pain that's why baby is very irritative during this period . Vitamin D drops 1ml should be continued and any teether can be given safely .
