my son is 13 months old and poop 5 to 6 times in a day. Whenever he eat anything he poop and developed rashes due to this. what can we do

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello if child is not able to digest anything and he Pope South immediately after he eats anything let me he is having the problem of indigestion and you definitely need to consult with the doctor and also take care of the diet of the child it should be very light and simple for few days
