Q.

My son is 11 months old and he is having loose motions he already had antibiotics course but repeatedly he is having soft motions he is teething also. we got stool test done which was normal we are still giving him Dotorac BD but not much effect. What should I do? Is it normal for teething kids and for how long with teething these motions issues are going to be?

A. Hello my dear parent! Teething might not directly cause loose motions in the baby, but due to the discomfort in gums, babies tend to keep their fingers and any other things frequently into the mouth, which can cause unnecessary infections in the digestive pattern. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
