My son is 10 months old, his teeth has not erupted yet, he still is on semi solid foos, wanted to try a little more complex textired food for him, plz suggest

A. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething such as soarness and itching in the gums..give your kid semi-solid diet

A. Teeth that don't follow this normal tooth eruption pattern aren't necessarily a concern, but having no teeth at all may signify a dental issue that needs further examination. If your baby has no teeth by 18 months or so, we recommend a visit to a dentist.
