My son is 10 months old but he still has no teeth. What can i do?

A. Massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give teethers to chew on. You can wait till the age of 18 months. there is nothing to worry . .

A. Teeth that don't follow this normal tooth eruption pattern aren't necessarily a concern, but having no teeth at all may signify a dental issue that needs further examination. If your baby has no teeth by 18 months or so, we recommend a visit to a dentist.
