my son is 1 yr old n got rashes when he got fever. please suggest.

A. apply coconut oil of rashes are spreading all over,Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly. Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safe
