Q.

my son is 1 yr and 8 month old has got vaccinated yesterday.pain, swelling, can you plz tell me any ointment for application on swelling area.

A. Use IG paint lotion. I used for my son when vaccinated to him

A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.sd vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. You can keep a and ice cube on to that affected area area it is going to sell settle down swelling the irritation into that area also you can go ahead with giving ng paracetamol to the child if it is required to reduce down the pain and if there is fever as well
