My son is 1 year old and is still waking for every three hours at night?? How can I stop him waking many times and how can I reduce the formula milk intake??

I think the issue is with formula because a 1 year old baby shouldn't wake once in an hour for feed..  while preparing the formula are you taking right amount of formula and water?? check for the ingredients in formula milk, If the baby isn't getting enough nutrients from formula then the baby will eb hungry soon and will surely wake up once in a hour. we tried a so called good brand of formula for our nephew and we had to face similar issues after checking with doctor he suggested us to start with Aptamil Gold stage 2 formula milk as it contains all the essential nutrients for 1 year old baby. my nephew takes formula around 10 pm and wakes only at 4:30 am for another feeding session. please check with your doctor for right guidance
