my son is 1 year and 6 months..since two days he was having watery stool and today the stool color is green( watery).what could be the reason

A. If your so. is having cold or cough then stools can be greenish i. colour ir if your son is teething then also stools can be greenish. If baby is having any stomach ache or any other problem then pls consult the doctor
