Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment cfdonsists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

Hi It would be advisable for you to get in touch with your doctor since already saying that your child is suffering with flu so it’s very very important that you first get it checked with your doctor once and accordingly the treatment can be started because they’re a different kind of loose so you don’t need to know which one it is
