Give curd and buttermilk, curd with soft cooked rice, banana are good for stomach
give frequent soft semi liquid foods, ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi, thick soup.
for hydration keep feeding ors after every stool and can give coconut water.
consult doctor for medication.
