Blood stains in the poop are due to slight anal tear due to constipation and to avoid constipation give tummy time daily massage the tummy in circular motion with oil and apply some oil in the anal area so the Poop comes out softly in case you see the blood stains again in the poop then consult with the pediatric.

Give your baby a warm bath to relax their bowel. Gently massage your baby's tummy in a clockwise direction. Make firm but gentle circular motions from the belly button outwards. Lie your baby on their back and gently move their legs backwards and forwards in a 'bicycle' motion.
