my son in 6 months old.while passing urine it is heat.sometimes normal sometimes heat.is there any problem what is the remedy

A. good evening I would recommend you to please try to start giving water to the child make sure that you're giving few sips at regular intervals to ensure the child is not having any problem of dehydration
