Q.

my son he is 1y 8 months old. Recently he is suffering with fever then after making all tests in that reports blood will be 10 points. doctor said less blood in his body. soo plzzz suggest complete diet to my son. what kind of food will i prepare for him.

A. offer all family good which includes more irin rich food like Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach , Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

A. Hello dear parent, you should give him iron rich diet like green leafy vegetables to eat. As they are rich source of riron. Also in fruits you should give pomegranates and beetroot and apples to eat. They are good source as well. Good luck and take care
