my son having weight of 36 kg at age of 6. plz advice me how to control it?

can be due to some hormonal imbalance too..
please consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised

restrict the food intake upto some limit..serve right quantity of food according to age.
give proper gaps between the two meals.
reduce the intake of sugar.
avoid giving oily snacks or sugary drinks unnecessarily.
