my son having loose motion, vomiting and fever from last night. complaining stomach pain whole night. he is just 3.5 years old. please tell me the problem and remedy?

A. for vomiting wait for one hour after vomiting and then give syrup ondem 5ml to the child and then again wait for one hour and give easily digestible food and after food give paracetamol and for loose motion give virus and then meet your doctor
