my son having fever yesterday evening 102f. I will syrup for apex p-120in 5ml for 6hours ones. my son 1years 1/2baby.weight for 10.9kg.shall I try another syrup or medicine

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold spongbhing of the body to reduce fever
