my son having fever in an interval of 7hrs. age:2yrs11month. weight :15kg. giving Calpol250 4.5ml. I am found covid positive today. son and wife both suspected covid, waiting for RTPCR report. we parents have started covid medication today. is my son require any antibiotic? He coughs dry seldom.
