my son having fever for yesterday evening to till this time. body temperature is 101f. already I will give apex p120 in 6hours ones. shall I try another best medicine or syrup

A. give apex p 120 in proper dose. in every 6 hourly. If persistent for more than 48 hours,OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed ,consult your paediatrician
