My son have a normal body no heat at all but in thermometer it’s showing 101.4 temperature. Can ani bdy suggest meh wat is happing . Though he is telling meh , he having a mild headache.

A. Mam sometimes a fever can be there when the body is not very warm it can be just because of being tired so right now I would recommend you to give paracetamol and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours then you can consult your doctor for further assistance
