my son have 4 and half years old, he frequently suffered from cough please suggest to recover from this?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.6 years old and he is getting a cough frequently so increase his immunity so give him citrus fruits and vegetables and enough nutritious food items and observe good hygiene too
