Q.

My son has low vitamin D. 34.40 nmol/L. His pediatrician has given arachitol nano 60k and we are giving. I just want to know how can I increase his vitD level at home by food. we are vegetarian.

A. you have to take the child in sunlight for vitamin d and otherwise vitamin d is not available in normal diet It is advisable that you should visit your doctor for more information because sometimes history evaluation / examination is required for proper answer regarding your query.
