my son has heavy weight at this age and he has white hair what to do

A. Dear ma’am, what’s the age and weight of your kid? What all foods and snacks do you offer him? How much milk he takes? Any health drinks do you give? Does he take coffee/tea? Is he feeling weak? Check for nutritional deficiencies
