A. please visit a pedicure or skin specialist and get proper examination and treatment done. you can not self medicate your child . . . . . . . . . .

A. hi sorry but it is hard to say anything without examining your child. please visit your pediatrician for this. don't try any homemade remedies. maintain good hygiene
