my son has fever past 3days..doc suggested paracetamol syrup..today 4th day after some blood test he gave antibiotic..said to continue antibiotic for 5days..now no fever ,should I give p250 or antibiotic syrup alone ??

A. You should only give antibiotic to the child you have to complete that course and if there is no fever do not give any other medication to the child because the course of antibiotic is important to complete so that is what you need to do
