my son has fever for 5 days ,it's reducing in mrng and increased at evening.now he has cough also .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 months agoA. It is the tendency of fever to repeat every 4 to 5 hours so continue giving paracetamol and if the fever doesn’t subside maximum by the time of 72 hours then in that case you need to take a further assistance with your doctor for medicines to be given
