my son has fever and cough since two days but still it has not reduced, wat can I do I am giving him dolo 250 5 ml thrice a day... and can I give taxim o syrup and alerzip m kid tablet together?

A. Mam fever sometimes would be associated with wine if it does not reduce within three days maximum then you should consult your doctor you should never give antibiotic from your own side without knowing for what purpose are you giving
