Q.
My son has dry cough. When I showed it to the doctor, he said that there is no problem. The chest is clear. Just the immunity is weak. But he has frequent cough in 3-4 months for a few days and also gets fever once in a month. why is this happening again and again.... i m worried about it

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. because of low immunity kids have till 5 to 6 year of age.. they fall dick more often. give immunity booster food n keep well hydrate.
most important to educate ur child fir frequent hand washing

keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour in the day tim
don't use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purifed water having tds higher than 350
