My son has dry cough and it's already 3 days. what treatment shall i give to my son ?

A. dry cough you give warm compress with ajwain potli on baby chest and back use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub boil some Tulsi leaves in a cup of water till it is half with crushed ginger add honey give 2-3 spoon three times a day..
