My son has covid positive how will I know he is recovering and when to stop all syrup

A. it is very important to meet your doctor after 3 days. at the same time it is important that it you should take the spo2 reading of the child along with respiratory rate and overall well being of the child should be taken and if it is not improving kindly meet your doctor again
