my son has cold n cough so he's on medicine bt suddenly he s having loose motion like watery can I give him enderogermina???

A. there is chances of infection in the baby It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
