My son has been suffering from nasal congestion. Earlier we thought its because of the AC flow, but last few days we discontinued the AC usage. But still he is having the same problem. Which leads to incomplete sleep. Currently we are using Nasomist drops as per the doctors suggestion, but we can not use it for longer duration. What precautions can we take to avoid the congestion.
