My son has a tooth cavity on side and doctor is saying that extraction of tooth is the only resort. But I’m not willing to get the tooth extracted because tooth is hard and is not causing much pain What should I do. Should I get the tooth extracted or let it be. The tooth is milk teeth and child is 5 years old

A. Hi consult your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and early treatment if any required for the decayed teeth as guided by dentist. maintain twice daily brushing habit using fluoride containing toothpaste
