Q.

My son has 19 month old he get fever cold and cough since threedays my paediatric told took blood test . In blood test my son has 6%of hemoglobin what should I do?for increase the hemoglobin percent but he is not eating well plss tell me

A. talk to his Paedriatian fir right choice of iron supplements. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy for ur child
