Q.

my son has 103 fever..he is 9 months old..Does the temperature varies during sleep and after sleep..he has 101 before sleep.. after some time I got doubt and checked the temperature when he is sleeping..it shows 103.7..am very much scared.. kindly know do I need to admit in hospital

A. high grade fever give paracetamol and also if required you can do cold sponging off the whole body and then according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination dqone which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
