My son had loose motion for the past 2 days and having bifilac now. Today his motion looks normal and he passed urine in red color. He also had pomogranate yesterday and today. could you pls guide me

this is because she needs water mkre
please keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350
give her soups and probiotics (if she doesnr hage cold and cough)
