my son had fever last week and it lasts 3 days, but after that he is passing motion frequently, approximately 5 to 6 times a day. stool have some green colour also. anything to worry?

A. Hi parent If motions are watery and frequent(more than five times) , she can be given enterogermina probiotics drops three drops twice a day (for max five days) Give her more probiotics Ike curd buttermilk
