my son had fever last 3-4days , now he is not having fever but not taking food properly , I thought it may for gastritis so can give him tab lanzol

A. It might be due to illness do give coconut water to tue baby as it is rich in minerals abd give fruits abd light yo digest foods to the vaby

A. baby had fever and now not eating anything.. start vitamin supplement as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatrician.. give some favourite.. small serves.. keep baby well hydrated
