My son got some Pimples on scalp & his head is hot than body even he dont have any fever just curious about it

A. It might be due to heat so you should give frequent head baths to the vaby and trim the hairs and keep the child in well ventilated room and avoid oil massage in head and give plenty of liquids especially nimbu paani coconut water
