Q.

My son got phnemonia on 6th December 2022 he was in the hospital for a week it's been almost a month now he is still coughing and it's a wet cough with mucus, why is it taking so long for the cough to go away? and usually how long the cough stays after a phnemonia ? I'm very concerned right now I'm giving him Macberry syrup for cough

A. it will continue for 15 days also but it is important to see that the disease does not come again so a follow up with her doctor regularly will be required and right to prevent temperature variations around the child
