My son doesn't have food on his own . he is very choosy about his food .

take the baby for shopping, involve as you are cooking food, ask baby to set meal plan..
add variety check the receipes in first cry page..
let the baby have his own meal..
start with vitamin supplement as Zincovit Or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric..
