My son did vomitting and little loose stool just once.. what should I feed him

A. Hello mom dont force the child if he isnt feeling to eat, make sure he is well hydrated with fluids, and give him water, ORS, coconut water, fresh fruits , juices , vegetable soup also mild flavoured kichidi, porridge , dalia, , upma, idli etc
