Q.

my Son complains of dizziness and headache quite often.. Should I show a doc ? what could be the possible cause ?

A. hi it might happen because of prolonged exposure to screen , nutritional deficiencies or spects. so please offer homemade healthy diet. it should include green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts more. keep your child well hydrated limit your child screen time.
