my son age is 20 months he is very active but his weight is 23 kg.is it normal to having a such weight at this age or should I consult to the Doctor

No this is not a normal weight at allAn average weight should be around 12 to 14 kgs and according to that your baby is overweight and in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because Dr can only advise you will after examining baby.
