my son age 4+,his suffering from cough and cold.so please suggest a best medicine

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. give steam to baby and also Sneezing and cough cold may be due ti seasonal changes and steam is effective in this . Also can be given as home remedy 2 to 3 times in a day . Asthakind ls can also be given 3 times for coughadn paracetamol for the fever .
