my son age 3.5 years. usko fever aaya. 3 din tak raha. ab usko khasi aati hai lekin khasi cough vali nahi hai dry or khaste vakt kutte jesi bhokne ki aavaj aaatj hai. dr. ne usko ye medicine di hai. amoxicin. ashtha kid syrup. rinosolvin. tonirex ls. please dr. give me advice.

A. continue with medication for dry cough.. keep him well hydrate. Take a glass of warm water and add 1 tea spoon each of turmeric powder and carom powder. Mix it well and give the mixture about two times a day. This is an effective remedy for dry cough.
